Here is a map of Romania. The BLACK star marks Schitu Duca where the school is located. As you can see, the school is located in the north eastern part of the country very near border. Schitu Duca is a small rural town with a few hundred people. Most of the people who live here are farmers. The school is about 25 miles from the city of Iasi (pronounced Yash) which is the second largest city in Romania. The city of Iasi is about 5156 miles from the town of Louisa Ky where our home church is located.
